Our Beginnings
Heirloom Pizzeria began during the pandemic, at a time when limitations forced focus. What started with a toaster oven and an obsessive attention to dough became the foundation of everything we do today. With no room for waste or shortcuts, every batch had to be intentional—measured, tested, and refined until it met our standard.
That early constraint shaped our philosophy. Technique mattered more than equipment. Ingredients mattered more than volume. As we grew, those principles scaled with us and remain central to how we operate now, just on a larger stage.

Heirloom is family-owned and hands-on. We are a husband and wife team welcoming you into our kitchen. We’re here every day, refining, adjusting, and holding our product to a standard we’d expect ourselves. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick slice or ordering a full pie, the goal is the same: pizza that respects the craft and the customer.
We proudly serve West Hollywood, Fairfax, and the greater Los Angeles area, and we’re grateful for the community that continues to support thoughtful, ingredient-driven food.
